Size Exchanges
Our sizing chart is a guideline for purchasers based on height and weight. However because every body is different in some cases the sizing chart will not appropriately reflect the proper size. Hockey Sockey will gladly accept sizing exchanges for products that have the original packaging and tags still attached. There is a cost of $19.99 to make a size exchange which covers the shipping cost that Hockey Sockey will incur to send you out the new sized onesie. The customer is also responsible for the shipping charge to send us back the originally purchased onesie. Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In cases of a non-defective product return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If you are within your 30 day period (from original purchase date) and would like to make a straight return please click here
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
