How long does shipping usually take?
Orders placed before 9am (Monday - Friday) typically ship same day. Orders placed after 9am typically ship on the next business day. Depending on if you need your items right away or can wait a little longer we have numerous different shipping options to choose from during checkout. Our free Ground Shipping usually takes around 10 business days.
What is your exchange policy?

What are the NHL Onesies made of?
The NHL Onesies are made from 100% polar fleece (polyester) with an embroidered twill logo on the front (just like on officially licensed jersey's). They have an elastic ribbed cuff at both the ankles and wrists.
What are the washing instructions for the NHL Onesies?
We recommend hand washing the NHL onesie in cold water, and hang drying or gentle cycle on low heat.
To wash a hockey sockey, turn it inside out and use the cold water delicate cycle on a washing machine. Use a mild detergent and then hang it to dry; do not put it in the dryer, as the heat can damage the fabric and customization.
- Pre-treat stains: Before washing, pre-treat any stains with a solution of water and a small amount of mild detergent.
- Turn inside out: Turn the sockey inside out to protect any logos or customizations.
- Use cold water: Wash the sockey in cold water to avoid damaging the glue that holds logos and patches onto the jersey.
- Use a delicate cycle: Select the delicate or gentle cycle on your washing machine.
- Choose a mild detergent: Use a mild laundry detergent, or a detergent specifically for activewear.
- Hang to dry: Hang the sockey to air dry completely. Do not put it in the dryer, as high heat can damage the material and customization.
- Avoid the dryer: Never use the heat of a dryer on a hockey sockey.
Do the hats come in different sizes?
All of the Hockey Sockey Toques are one-size-fits-all, from Pea Head to Pumpkin Head! The super comfy inner fleece is stretchable so they will snuggle even the smallest noggin. As far as beach ball sized craniums go, the Hockey Sockey Toques will fit those too. If the head in question is enormous, just stretch out the the toque over your knee for a couple of seconds, and it will fit great.

Can we put our teams logo on the hats?
